EEOC Settles Age Discrimination Lawsuit For $724,000
The Minnesota Department of Corrections ("MDOC") will pay
$724,000 to settle an age discrimination lawsuit which was filed by the
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") on behalf of 35 retirees of the MDOC.
